Nominate a Teacher for the 2012 Blackboard Awards

Teachers from public, private, religious and charter schools in New York City are eligible for the award.

Nominators must fill out the following fields and include a brief explanation of why their teacher is special. You are encouraged to be as specific as possible.

The Blackboard Awards for teachers are sponsored by Fordham University, United Federation of Teachers and Glenwood Management.

The deadline is 5pm March 31, 2012.
