Nominate a Teacher for the Blackboard Awards

Teachers from public, private, religious and charter schools in New York City are eligible for the award.

Nominators must fill out the following fields and include a brief explanation of why their teacher is special. You are encouraged to be as specific as possible. A panel of judges will evaluate the nominees and select six winners, to be announced in Our Town and West Side Spirit.

The Blackboard Awards for teachers are sponsored by the United Federation of Teachers and New Leaders for New Schools.
